Robot Features
- No wasted action with small installation space: RD80N has a turning radius of 397 mm, enabling it to cover a wide working area at high speed while occupying less space than a person. The MD500N features a unique new-type link mechanism for compact body without counter weight.
- Broad operating range and high payload capacity: The RD80N is the most compact model but possesses a wide range of movements, stacking up to 2062.3 mm height on 1100×1100 pallets.
- High-speed palletizing capacity: Kawasaki palletizing robots deliver the high-speed operation needed for distribution. RD80N performs 900 cycles/hour with 80kg loads, ZD130S performs 1500 cycles/hour with 130kg loads, and MD500N performs 600 cycles/hour with 500kg loads.
Installation Instructions
We provide user manuals and electrical drawings for self-installation. If needed, we can send engineers to your factory for installation and debugging services.
Package and Delivery
Machines are film-wrapped and packed in exported fumigation wooden boxes, then transported to your specified departure port (Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Suzhou, etc.).
