Product Overview
High-level palletizer is a dedicated high-speed automatic palletizing equipment that transports bags to a specific height, then precisely positions, groups, pushes, and stacks them on pallets according to PLC programming. The completed pallets are automatically conveyed out of the system.

Working Principle
The high-level palletizing system integrates climbing conveyors, slow-stop shaping machines, direction changing machines, grouping machines, bag pushers, layer machines, elevators, pallet warehouses, pallet conveyors, palleting conveyors, elevated platforms, and control systems. This configuration ensures high stack quality with neat, secure stacking that prevents loosening.
Upper and lower conveyors press bags to form regular rectangular shapes. The control system utilizes SIEM programmable controllers, inverters, photoelectric switches, and magnetic switches to coordinate transportation, grouping, and stacking operations.
