Brief Introduction
This unit consists of the ration automatic packing scale and selecting/matching components: conveyor, hemming machine, and heat seal machine. It uses conveyor feeding and is suitable for powdery and granular materials with comparatively poor fluidity. Main components include conveyor, weighing and clamping box, computer control system, and pneumatic actuator.
Scope of Application
High-speed quantitative separation of crystals, granules, loose and small pieces of materials with good fluidity in fertilizer, agrochemical, feed, chemical raw materials, plastic granules, seeds, grain, sugar and other industries.
Working Principle
This series is designed for materials with poor fluidity and dual-purpose powder and granule packaging. Using belt feeding method, after graded feeding into the weighing hopper or packaging bag, the feeding belt stops when material reaches the set value. The bag gripper opens automatically, the material bag is conveyed away, and sealing is completed with manual assistance.
